Once your purchase has been made, you should shortly receive a confirmation email of your purchase. Be sure to check your junk or spam folders. If applicable to your purchase, you will be sent further information regarding tracking numbers. Your purchase is processed securely by the reliable Squarespace team through Stripe, PayPal, ClearPay or Apple Pay. If you would prefer to not buy through this website we are happy to facilitate sending an invoice directly to you to pay through bank transfer, or make a payment via phone call.

We endeavour to dispatch your order within the week, but aim to have your artwork shipped out as soon as possible. On occasions I have to await for the print order to arrive with me to sign before I can ship. My main aim is to have your artwork delivered to you safely in the exceptional condition that it left the studio in, therefore a suitable courier will bring your artwork to your door. Deliveries are tracked and signed for. If you’re buying within the UK your courier will be either Fragilistics, Parcelforce or UPS. returns

In the incredibly rare event that your lovingly packaged artwork is damaged on arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. Your artwork, dependant on what it is will either be replaced or refunded in its entirety.

All artworks are subject to expert handling and are thorough quality checked during the package process, sealed with a quality check stamp. Please ensure that when you are unwrapping your package, you are mindful that inside is a very expensive piece of art… (i.e. open with care.)

  • Limited edition prints are wrapped in acid free tissue paper and kept safely between two boards. Please open the tape and boards as carefully as you can.

  • Original paintings are packed as tightly as possibly to protect the edges of the painting or the framing. Please bare in mind that the painting is beneath these layers and you should exercise caution.
